Abstract

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has extraintestinal manifestations in approximately 25% of cases. Skin involvement is the second most frequent after the joints.

Metastatic Crohn's disease (MCD) is the least frequent specific manifestation and its cause is unknown. It presents a slight predominance in early ages and in the female gender. Clinically, it is characterized by presenting a large clinical polymorphism, which evokes multiple differential diagnoses. Two of the cases treated in our Service are described.
