Linfoma B cutáneo primario difuso a células grandes, rico en células T con involución espontánea

Resumen

El linfoma B cutáneo primario difuso a células grandes, rico en células T o histiocitos, es una rara entidad de muy buen pronóstico, con pocos casos publicados en la literatura. Se presenta una paciente de 79 años con un tumor en zona submamaria derecha, cuya histopatología e inmunomarcación confirman el diagnóstico. Sería el segundo caso publicado con involución espontánea y con un seguimiento a dos años después de revisar la bibliografía asequible.

Primary difuse T-cell- rich B-cell lymphoma with a self-healing presentation

Abstract

Cutaneous T-cell/histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma is a rare entity,
with few cases reported in the literature, with good prognosis. We
present a 79 year old patient with a tumour below the right breast, with histopathology and inmunohistochemical stains confirming the diagnosis. After checking the bibliography this patient might be the second published with selfhealing disease and two years follow-up.
