Porfiria cutánea tarda y osteítis luética en paciente HIV +

Resumen
La porfiria cutánea tarda (PCT) es una enfermedad metabólica causada por un déficit en la actividad de la uroporfi rinógeno decarboxilasa hepática(URO-D).
En pacientes HIV, se asocia con frecuencia a factores hepatotóxicos; también se ha postulado al propio virus como desencadenante.
Si bien el compromiso óseo no es tenido en cuenta como manifestación clínica de la sífilis temprana, su incidencia es cercana al 9% según el análisis de los estudios por imágenes realizados a estos pacientes.
Presentamos el caso de un paciente HIV+ que desarrolló una PCT y que posteriormente presentó osteítis luética como única manifestación de sífilis temprana

Porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT) is a metabolic disease caused by a deficit in the activity of the uroporphyrinogen decarboxylase (URO-D) In HIV patients associates to factors hepatotoxic, nevertheless HIV virus per se has been implied as trigger of PCT Though the bone lesions in early syphilis is not born in mind, the incidence is near to 9 % if these patients are analyzed by means of studies by images.
We report a HIV patient who developed a PCT and that later presented an osteitis as the only manifestation of the early syphilis
