Abstract

Aging is a complex biological process characterized by cumulative and progressive changes in organisms over time. The hallmarks of aging represent the key features and underlying mechanisms contributing to this phenomenon. Understanding these hallmarks is essential for addressing the challenges associated with aging and developing effective therapeutic strategies.
