This thorny issue is motivated by an unusual situation that is currently happening in our country: the public protests by doctors caused by low salaries in hospitals, social and prepaid works; the bulky debt of the IOMA; the irrational violence exerted against them, and the lack of job stability.
Is this anomaly due to the fact that the "health provider" does not adequately comply with his professional duty, or to an "oversight" on the part of an ungrateful society?
To try to answer this question, let's first look at what the doctor owes to society and then what society owes to the caregiver.
