Abstract

CD4+ pleomorphic small and medium T-cell primary cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorder is a rare pathology with an indolent course and favorable prognosis, a reason for having lost the category of lymphoma in the latest classifications, and now being called a lymphoproliferative disorder. The incidence rate reported in Argentina is low and there are very few cases registered in the country to date. Below, we present a case with this diagnosis and spontaneous resolution after two incisional biopsies, a fact scarcely documented in the literature.
