Abstract

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is an uncommon benign disorder that occurs more often in females between the ages 40 to 50 and it is characterized by the presence of solitary or multiple erythematous tumors that develop most frequently on the head and neck areas. It may be asymptomatic or may present with pain, pruritus or spontaneous bleeding or with minimal traumas. Treatment includes surgical excision, topical or intralesional steroids and cryotherapy, among others. We present four patients with ALHE diagnosis in our institution.
