Grover's disease is an acantholytic dermatosis of unknown etiology and incidence, predominantly in males and in adults over 40 years of age, which can present multiple differential diagnoses. Being able to recognize its associations and possible triggers allows its correct approach. Although its evolution is usually benign and self-limited, occasionally there are refractory cases, with a prolonged course and recurrence. There are few national publications on this pathology. We present three clinical cases, two of them in the context of hospitalization and one of chronic and recalcitrant evolution.
