Abstract

Disseminated faciei miliary lupus is a chronic granulomatous disease of unknown etiology. It manifests clinically with multiple asymptomatic, millimetric, erythematous papules that affect the central aspects of the
face. Its diagnosis is difficult to be made since it is a rare entity that shares clinical and histopathological characteristics with other diseases. A case of woman who after suffering outbreaks for years, was diagnosed and treated with oral minocycline and topical metronidazole and tacrolimus with fast improvement is presented.
