Abstract

Acquired elastotic hemangioma (AHE) represents a rare, benign vascular pathology of recent description. It occurs in individuals between 50 and 82 years old, with a similar incidence in men and women. It was initially described in 2002, since then only 50 cases have been published. Wereport two cases of elastotic hemangioma observed in our Dermatology Department in order to contribute to the characterization of this entity.
