Abstract

A 53-year-old woman, with a personal history of diabetes mellitus and metastatic breast cancer under treatment with docetaxel and gemcitabine, consulted for the appearance of a dermatosis on the trunk, of 5 days of evolution, asymptomatic, associated with feverish records. He reported that a year ago, after radiotherapy, he had presented a similar condition located only on the irradiated site, treated with oral corticosteroids, with a good response.
