Abstract

A 58-year-old patient, from Paraguay, with a personal history of arterial hypertension, cerebrovascular accident without sequelae, and smoking (ex-smoker of 15 cigarettes a day for 30 years), consulted for a painful dermatosis on the back of both hands and on the elbow left, 7 days of evolution. He was under study due to suffering from a condition, of months of evolution, characterized by chronic diarrhea, weight loss of 25 kg, arthralgias in the knees and febrile episodes.
