Abstract

A 26-year-old patient, with no relevant personal or family history, consulted for the presence of a polymorphic generalized dermatosis, with cephalocaudal extension, associated with fever, of 3 days of evolution. On physical examination, multiple papules, vesicles and pustules were observed, some with central necrotic crust, itchy, affecting the scalp, the retroauricular region, the face, the trunk, the upper and lower limbs, with involvement of the palms and the plants.
