Abstract

A 4-year-old man, with no relevant personal or family history, was taken to the Dermatology Service for presenting congenital linear lesions in the left hemibody. Physical examination revealed hypopigmented micropapules with linear distribution, which followed Blaschko's lines and compromised the hemitronco, the buttock and the left lower limb.
