Abstract

Psoriasis is a genetically-based, immunologically-mediated chronic inflammatory disease that can be triggered or aggravated by different factors. 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25 [OH] D) has antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic effects in the body.
