Abstract

Trigeminal trophic syndrome is a rare cause of self-invoked facial ulcers characterized by the triad composed by the presence of an ulcer at the nasal wing accompanied by anesthesia and paresthesias secondary to multiple causes. We present three cases attended at Hospital Posadas.
