Abstract

A 62-year-old woman, phototype III, with a personal history of breast reduction surgery 25 years ago and basal cell carcinoma of the face. She consulted for presenting, in the right breast, an oval plaque of 1 cm in diameter, shiny, with a small central erosion in the external periareolar region. The lesion appeared after trauma 2 months before consultation.
