Abstract

A 31-year-old woman, with no relevant personal history, consulted for the presence of pruritic, painful and recurrent lesions on her legs, which had been present for 8 years, which appeared after her first pregnancy and worsened with the two subsequent pregnancies. . He underwent treatment with oral, topical and intralesional corticosteroids, with slight improvement (last treatment a year ago). On physical examination, she presented isolated erythematous nodules on the posterior aspect of the legs and an infiltrated erythematous-violaceous plaque with central ulceration, covered by a serohematic crust, 8 cm in diameter, on the posterior aspect of the left leg.
