A 36-year-old patient, resident in a rural area and with no relevant pathological history, was referred for the study of a persistent non-specific dermatosis of 8 months' evolution.
On physical examination, she presented erythematous macules located exclusively on the face, neck, and décolleté area, which seemed related to photoexposure, since they respected the protected areas. The lesions were pruritic, slightly scaly, and left patches of healthy skin.
