Abstract

A 59-year-old patient, with a history of kidney transplant performed 2 years before the consultation, in treatment with mycophenolate mofetil, tacrolimus and meprednisone, consulted for presenting asymptomatic lesions in the posterior region of the right leg, of 8 months of evolution, that appeared weeks after trauma.
