Abstract

Perianal pyramidal protrusion of the infant is a benign, relatively fre-quent and underdiagnosed lesion. One of its main differential diagnosis are condilomas acuminated with all its medical legal implications. We present a girl who consults at the Pediatric Dermatology Department of the Hospital Elizalde with a triangular tumorous lesion at her half middle line of the ventral perianal region, sugestive infantile perianal pyramidal protrusion.
