Abstract

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign and rare granulomatous disease. It's different clinical presentations include localized, generalized, perforating, subcutaneous, patched, papular and linear forms. It has been proposed that papular umbilicated GA, a distinctive subtype of GA, is the intermediate form between the papular and perforating GA.We present a patient with papular umbilicated GA, with typical clinical features limited to the back of the hands and a favorable response to indicated treatment.
