Abstract

Syringomas are common benign adnexal tumors in the female population of middle age, being the usual location periorbital area. The vulvar location is not usual. They should be considered in the differential diagnosis of genital pruritic lesions, since the macroscopic appearance is not pathognomonic. We report the case of a 32 years old woman with a history of chronic vulvar pruritus who presented multiple vulvar syringomas.
