Abstract

Argyria is an infrequently disease. It manifests itself primarily as a blue-gray pigmentation of the skin and mucosa, without other systemic symptoms. The clinical feature, associated with the history of exposure and histopathology, allow the diagnosis. We report the case of a patient with chronic leg ulcers that topically applied silver sulfadiazine for 10 years, with the further development of generalized cutaneous argyria
