Linear IgA dermatosis is an acquired autoimmune rare bullous disease. It can be idiopathic (DALI), drug-induced (DALBD) or associated with other entities. DALBD has clinical features that allow us to suspect linking to drugs such as the presence of positive Nikolsky sign, large areas of denuded skin and infrequency of mucosal involvement. We present a 75 years old woman diagnosed with DAL with evocative DALBD clinic
