Cutaneous leiomyomas are benign tumors arising from the smooth muscle located in the dermis. Atypical cutaneous leiomyoma is a rare tumor, benign variant of cutaneous leiomyoma. Despite being a proliferation of smooth muscle, there were no reported recurrences or metastases. We report a patient with atypical leiomyoma.
