A 37-year-old female patient with no relevant medical history presented with xerosis and asymptomatic desquamation of the upper extremities since childhood, which had recently spread to the lower extremities. She reported that her father had similar lesions. Physical examination revealed generalized xerosis, circumscribed keratotic papules and plaques on the hands, forearms, elbows, lower extremities, and feet. A punch biopsy was taken from a keratotic papule located on the left lower extremity. The pathology study revealed epidermis with orthokeratotic hyperkeratosis, regular acanthosis, and church-bell-shaped papillomatosis.
