Abstract

Cutaneous trichoblastic carcinosarcoma is a rare biphasic tumor combining epithelial cells with follicular differentiation and a malignant sarcomatous stroma. We present two clinical cases in which the diagnosis was confirmed via histopathology and immunohistochemistry, highlighting the importance of the differential diagnosis regarding other malignant cutaneous neoplasms. This entity exhibits aggressive clinical behavior, requiring multidisciplinary management to optimize the prognosis.
