Abstract

A 90-year-old male patient was hospitalized in the Cardiology ward for pacemaker implantation due to complete atrioventricular block. During his hospitalization, a Dermatology consultation was requested due to the presence of asymptomatic periorbital lesions of 5 years' duration. Physical examination revealed infiltrated erythematous-violaceous plaques on both upper and lower eyelids, with a morphology suggestive of "raccoon eyes" (Photo 1), and macroglossia with indentations on the lateral borders of the tongue (Photo 2).
