Abstract

A 39-year-old male patient with no relevant medical history presented with an asymptomatic lesion on his left forearm that had been present for several months. Physical examination revealed a rounded, erythematous-violaceous, nodular mass with a smooth surface, regular borders, and a hard elastic mass measuring 0.5 cm in diameter. No other associated lesions were evident, and the patient presented no constitutional symptoms.
