Abstract

A 70-year-old male patient with a history of high blood pressure and a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) in 2022 without sequelae, receiving treatment with aspirin, nebivolol, and rosuvastatin, consulted the Dermatology Department for a dermatosis refractory to multiple treatments.

Physical examination revealed a single, asymptomatic, rounded, smooth, plaque-like tumor-like lesion measuring approximately 2 cm in diameter and having developed for 40 days on the left forearm. Dermoscopy revealed a structureless reddish area with whitish halos surrounding follicular openings.
