Abstract

Sweet ́s syndrome (SS) is a neutrophilic dermatosis of unknown etiology, characterized by the sudden appearance of nodules or erythematous, painful, well defined plaques located on the face, neck and upper limbs. Fever and neutrophilia usually accompanies the skin involvement.SS has been reported in association with infections, drugs and pregnancy. We report two cases of pregnant patients with clinical and histopathologic diagnosis of Sweet syndrome associated with pregnancy, with good clinical response to systemic glucocorticoids.
